With every lipstick, you need a great lipbalm and while I have been through my fair share of lipbalms in my short lifetime, there is something about the Guerlain Morning Rose KissKiss Roselip LipBalm that I am crushing over and I don’t know what it is  . . . . ok that’s a lie! I’m in love with the packaging!

The Guerlain KissKiss Roselip Lipbalm range is a bit of a first for Guerlain as this collection is made up of hydrating and plumping coloured lip balm that have been infused with rose essential oil. There are currently 6 shades in the Kiss Kiss Roselip and are meant to resemble the delicate hues of freshly hatched roses . . . I thought only eggs hatched (but I could be wrong!).

As the Guerlain Morning Rose balm is the lightest shade in the Guerlain KissKiss Roselip range, the pigmentation isn’t amazing on me and my lips don’t receive a tint. If worn on a paler skintone, I expect that their lips will get a “just-bitten” effect as the Guerlain KissKiss Roselip products are only meant to give lips a soft, natural glow.

Honestly I wouldn’t urge you to buy this lipbalm as it’s not amazing – just very, very pretty – I could recommend luxury lipbalms that are lot more moisturising than the Guerlain Morning Rose lipbalm or you could find one that works just as well on the highstreet.

The Guerlain Morning Rose KissKiss Roselip LipBalm costs £26.50 and is available to purchase from Feel Unique and House of Fraser
