The Glossier Dark/Deep Wowder Finishing & Setting Powder is light-weight, lightly pigmented, brown loose setting powder. When applied, this matte powder delivers a blurring effect to the face that blurs the appearance of pores.

When I first applied the Glossier Dark/Deep Wowder Finishing & Setting Powder on top of my foundation, my first thought was WOW. As this powder was not as dark as my skintone, I only applied it to the highpoints of my face (forehead, cupids bow & cheekbones but this loose powder from Glossier made me look like I had just applied a Snapchat filter on my skin for a ‘barely there’ effect perfect for a long day in the office.

The only thing I don’t like about this Glossier Wowder powder is its packaging

I’m not a fan of mesh nets on loose powders – although I understand why many brands choose to include them – as I find it quite difficult to get the product out of my Glossier Dark/Deep Wowder Powder. I am normally quite liberal with my full-face setting powders but I find it impossible to get enough product onto my powder brush or beauty blender to apply it to my face.

I might decide to cut the net out of the powder but for now, I’ll just keep it in.

The Glossier Wowder Finishing & Setting Powder in Dark/Deep lasted 7 hours on my face.

Brand Description

t’s not powder, it’s Wowder—for non-dewy days. Wowder will: cut shine, blur the appearance of pores, set makeup, look like skin.

Wowder won’t: leave a chalky film, cake into fine lines, flatten skin’s texture, or announce its presence in photographs (no camera flashback).

In three sheer, glowy, adaptable shades…because no skin tone is HD-white.
