Where To Buy

I really didn’t want to buy the Kat Von D Crucifix Everlasting Liquid Lipstick as I already have A LOT of nude lipsticks in my makeup arsenal and I really feel that this lip shade could be easily duped – just saying it like it is – but Natalie from Discoveries of Self has been talking about a few of the new shades Kat Von D added to her bestselling Nude Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks for like the LAST MONTH and I tend to pick up anything she recommends as we have very similar makeup preferences (and similar skin tones to boot) so I almost had no choice but to buy it . . . or at least that’s what I’m telling myself

“. . . and we all know I’m lying through my teeth”

The Kat Von D Crucifix Liquid Lipstick – £17 via Debenhams – is a warm-brown liquid lipstick that has been infused with vitamins A, C, and E for added hydration – as we all know by now that liquid lipsticks can be VERY drying- Crucifix has been formulated with a ‘next-generation formula’ that aims to give lips long-lasting wear and high-pigment color with a smooth matte finish.

As this is the first Kat Von D product that I have bought rather than been sent/gifted, I really feel that this post is a defining moment in my Kat Von D experience as the Kat Von D Crucifix Everlasting Liquid Lipstick is a shade I would actually wear outside my house without looking like I’ve made out with a powdered donut from Greggs! As I said I do think that the Kat Von D Crucifix Everlasting Liquid Lipstick could be easily so I’m not 100% convinced that its £17.00 price tag is justified but it feels very light, non-drying and comfortable on the lips, so you are ‘kinda’ paying for comfort & pigmentation with this lipstick.

The Kat Von D Crucifix Everlasting Liquid Lipstick cost £17.00 and is available to purchase instore and online from Debenhams.

  1. It looks really good against your skin tone. I need to get myself some of these but I’ve got so many lip colours and liquid ones already but when did having too much bother me lol x

    • True!!! I need to get a few KVD red liquid lipsticks to add to my collection but I’m slowly building my KVD nude hippie collection (because why not?! lol)
