Seems like only yesterday, I was getting excited about Urban Decay Naked 2 palette and now just before Christmas, they are launching their third eyeshadow palette under the Naked Range. This palette is going to cause a frenzy when it officially launches in the UK, on the 16th of December but what do you expect??! The Urban Decay Naked Palettes are like a beauty addict’s initiation card. You CAN’T say you love makeup without at least being tempted to buy or own one of the Naked Palettes.

The Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette – £38 via Debenhams – omes in a beautiful rose gold tin with raised, gold writing. It feels A LOT sturdier that original Naked Palette which is a definite plus in it’s favour. Inside you have a 12 eyeshadows, a large mirror and a double ended eyeshadow brush – which is rose gold to match the outside packaging – I feel this is very standard for the Naked palettes so nothing very exciting there but what really set this palette apart from the rest is that each of the matte and shimmer eyeshadows are completely EXCLUSIVE to this palette.

With this palette you get a very strong pink-tone. If you happen to have fair skin with cool-undertones, then you are going to love this palette as every shadow will probably be useable for you. I can already predict that I’m going to have to use a light base under some of the lighter shades but I am already in love with Dust & Trick as they remind me very much of MAC Expensive Pink eyeshadow which is my favourite pink eyeshadow of all time!!! I’m also really drawn towards Factory, Darkside and Blackheart – which are located on the far right of the palette – and I can imagine these would create a gorgeous smokey eye combination. For me, Nooner is the weakest shade  in the palette in terms of pigmentation and application but in my opinion having one shade out of 12 that’s not the greatest is still an amazing pass mark.

Apparently this palette is sold out in the majority of outlets stateside, so if you want to be own of the first people to own this palette – and the bragging rights that come with this palette – then I suggest you grab it as soon as you can for Debenhams, House of Fraser, or Look Fantastic.

I’ve included a quickie youtube video for this palette just so you can see how this palette looks. Please comment and let me know what you think. I’m really nervous about making videos so would love some feedback
